Emails you'll receive from Tailmate

Tailmate sends two kinds of email. We want to be clear about which is which.

Transactional emails (always sent)

Booking confirmations, Tail Credit updates, billing receipts, and security notices. These are essential to your account. You'll receive them as long as your account is active — they're required to deliver the service.

Marketing emails (only with your consent)

Newsletters, new features, community stories, and special offers. We'll only send these with your permission. You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking “Unsubscribe” in any marketing email. Under Canada's Anti-Spam Legislation (CASL), we process all unsubscribe requests within 10 business days.
